TinkerLib Final European Online Event – Co-creation and inclusion
đź“… September 16th, 2025
🕑 14:00–16:00 CEST
📍 Online – Zoom
Join the final European dissemination event of the TinkerLib project – a 2-year Erasmus+ initiative that brought together Traces with partners from France, Serbia, Italy, Austria, and the Netherlands to explore how tinkering can enrich and diversify practices within libraries and science education spaces.
Over the course of the project, each partner hub co-created hands-on, playful activities with and for a wide range of underserved communities – including migrants, autistic people, incarcerated women, rural populations, and seniors. These co-creations took place at the intersection of tinkering – a creative, exploratory approach to learning – and the public library world, creating new ways of engaging communities through making and storytelling.
This online event is an opportunity to:
- Discover the project’s results and methodologies
- Meet the five national hubs and learn about their unique local experiences
- Exchange with other professionals through participatory sessions
- Reflect together on the potential of tinkering for inclusion in informal learning spaces
We warmly invite professionals from libraries, science centres, museums, social organisations, education and cultural institutions across Europe to join us and contribute to the conversation.👉 Register now and be part of the European dialogue on inclusive tinkering!
